Hiring the hall

The hall is for use by regular user groups and private functions. See our activities page for a current list of regular users. If you are interested in setting up a new group then please contact the booking secretary. The hall is proving popular for private functions such as children's parties, anniversary celebrations, wedding ceremonies and receptions, dances and more.

Rates from 1 November 2016 to 1 September 2017

A. Regular hall user groups (and other community groups)

Ordinary meetings £11.50 per hour
Parties or fund raising events £14.00 per hour
 

B Private Parties and occasional hire. (1 to 8 Hours)

Family parties including post- wedding parties,
and charity events/fundraisers etc.
£45.00 for first 2 hours, then
£14.50 per hour thereafter
 

C Long lets (8 hours or more)

Post-wedding parties, charity events/fundraisers
and elections (including “dead” time within lets)
£14.50 per hour throughout
