Thursdays 6:00 to 7:00pm.

Originally this class was specifically designed to meet the needs of men in their 50's. In recent years it has become a mixed class catering for both those looking to regain the exercise habit and those seeking variety in their personal fitness regime. Sessions are taken by a PE teacher with 30 years experience leading fitness classes. Each session balances stretching, mobility, core toning and low impact CV work. Equipment is provided but participants should wear supportive footwear and bring water with them. This is a non-profit making community activity with a nominal charge made to cover the hall rental. Sessions resumed in the new year on Thursday 5th January 2017. They last one hour. Free trial first session for newcomers.
